Today's lesson: no matter how professional a website looks, do NOT assume it's the real deal. I foolishly made a hotel reservation through a site that appeared legitimate. However, over the last few days, I replayed a few things in my mind and they weren't adding up. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back.
