The Peace Hotel

 
I was fortunate to be in Shanghai for the re-opening of the Peace Hotel, one of the city's most legendary landmarks. Although I stayed elsewhere (at a lovely place -The Langham Yangtze), I visited the Peace Hotel on three occasions and dined on a fabulous lemon tart, listened to jazz, and snapped photos of this jewel-box of a hotel. Should I ever have the opportunity to return to the city with unlimited funds, I will undoubtedly check in here.
