Well, I didn't think it was possible, but today I experienced what has to be The Best Food Item in Korea: Hotteok. Yeasty, thin pancakes filled with a cinnamon sugar syrup. Did I mentioned they're fried? Very gooey and delectable. Apparently hotteok is hard to come by after wintertime, so may as well stock up now...
